Volunteering in the same position as a groom assistant for a while, Goldstein understood that the horse racing industry is quite lucrative from a career standpoint. It was his pleasure to unfold this wonderful mystery by being involved in the back end of the racing sport. He got to know the training aspects of helping the racehorse to win this contest of stamina against another racehorse. In this sport, the idea of feeding and training the horses well never changed. In fact, Gary also took special care of the well-being of all the horses he worked with.

At his own farm in Wellington, Florida, the Olympic equestrian dressage horses are given the best possible care and attention.
